We want to be informed of any unlawful behaviour in our company so that we can investigate and stop it. We therefore encourage anyone – whether an employee, former colleague, customer, supplier or third party – to inform us of any legal violations.
It is particularly important to protect the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity. We ensure that all whistleblowers are treated confidentially. Therefore, anyone can use our whistleblowing system. You can also use this system to send information without giving your name.
We ask for your understanding that the whistleblowing system should only be used to report violations of laws or guidelines. General complaints as well as product and warranty enquiries will not be processed. Please note that a wilfully untrue report may have consequences under criminal law.
We use the information you provide in the whistleblowing system for purposes such as reviewing and documenting reports, internal investigations, including sharing information with external lawyers, auditors or other professionals bound by professional secrecy, and, where appropriate, passing on information to government authorities such as the police, public prosecutor's office or courts.
